PUBLIC OFFER

1. General Provisions

1.1. This offer is a public proposal (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") on behalf of JW2D OÜ, registered in Estonia, to any physical or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") to conclude a Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") on the terms specified in this document.

1.2. Payment by the Customer for services according to the issued invoice, as well as any other action confirming agreement with these terms, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Contractor (JW2D OÜ) undertakes to provide the Customer with services, which may include, but are not limited to, services for the registration, renewal, and administration of domain names, provision of website hosting services, as well as other services, the list and description of which are posted on the website jw2d.com. The Customer undertakes to accept and pay for the services rendered.

2.2. The specific list, cost, terms, and procedure for the provision of services, as well as other conditions, are agreed upon by the parties in an email, commercial proposal, or invoice, which are an integral part of this Agreement.

3. Cost of Services and Payment Procedure

3.1. The cost of services is determined in the commercial proposal, invoice, or other document sent by the Contractor to the Customer.

3.2. Payment is made in Euros (EUR) to the Contractor's bank account in accordance with the issued invoice.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The Contractor undertakes to:

• Provide services in accordance with the agreements.
• Take actions to register a domain name in the Customer's name (if applicable) and/or provide hosting services according to the specific conditions agreed upon by the Parties.
• Maintain the confidentiality of information received from the Customer.

4.2. The Customer undertakes to:

• Pay for services in full and on time.
• Provide all necessary information for the provision of services.

5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. The Parties are liable for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. This Offer is valid from the moment of its posting on the website until withdrawn by the Contractor.

6.2. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be considered in the court of the Republic of Estonia.
